As a Lunar New Year Eve tradition, Tongji alumni from all over Southern California gathered together in one alumnus' house in Los Angeles making dumplings together along with enjoying a lot of tasty home-spun dishes. Over 50 people showed up and some of them drove over 100 miles from as far as San Diego to make for this event. The CCTV Spring Festival Gala was also replayed during the party. There was an overflow of joys and laughters during the party. As always, time was just too short for Tongjiers when they were together.
